u2w2 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "User") and u2w2 (hereinafter referred to as "u2w2", "the Platform", "we", "our", or "us") governing all access to and use of the u2w2 website located at https://u2w2.cam, including all associated services, games, promotions, and payment processing functions offered therein.

By accessing the u2w2 platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether on casino games, sports events, live dealer tables, or any other product available on the Platform — you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted every provision set forth in this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease access to the Platform and refrain from registering an account. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendments to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall bear the meanings ascribed to them below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the u2w2 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• aYou must be a natural person of at least twenty-one (21) years of age. u2w2 strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under the age of 21 and will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage access, including mandatory KYC verification.
• bYou must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party. You may not register an account on behalf of another individual.
• cYou must not be subject to a self-exclusion period or any other restriction imposed by u2w2 or any affiliated gaming network.
• dYou must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. If you are uncertain whether online gaming is legally permissible in your location, you are responsible for obtaining independent legal advice before proceeding.
• eYou must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of u2w2, its licensors, software providers, or payment processing partners.
• fYou must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep that information current throughout the life of your account.

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, a valid email address, and a contact telephone number. You are also required to create a unique password of sufficient strength. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• aYou must not share your account login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it.
• bYou must notify u2w2 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team.
• cu2w2 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purporting to come from u2w2 should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• dWhere two-factor authentication (2FA) is available, we strongly recommend enabling this feature to protect your account.

All deposits on the u2w2 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

• aMinimum deposit amount: MYR 30. Maximum deposit per single transaction: MYR 30,000, subject to the limits imposed by individual payment processors.
• bAll deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
• cu2w2 does not charge processing fees on standard MYR deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which u2w2 bears no responsibility.
• dCryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation requirements. The MYR equivalent credited to your account will be calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of network confirmation. u2w2 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
• eDeposited funds are held in accounts separate from u2w2's operational funds. Except as required by applicable law, your deposited balance will not be used for any purpose other than facilitating your gameplay on the Platform.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Players at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. u2w2 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes indicated below, measured from the point at which the withdrawal request is approved following any applicable review process.

• aE-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow): typically processed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts.
• bBank transfer withdrawals (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): typically processed within 1 business day.
• cCryptocurrency withdrawals: processing time depends on network congestion and may range from 10 minutes to several hours.
• dMinimum withdrawal amount: MYR 30. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits are determined by your account's current loyalty tier.
• eAll withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your KYC-verified identity. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• fu2w2 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may result in delays beyond the timeframes stated above. Players will be notified if such a review is initiated.
• gActive bonus funds are non-withdrawable. Only real-money balance and winnings derived from completed wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

u2w2 offers a variety of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms of each promotion in addition to the general provisions of this clause.

• aWagering Requirement: All bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement. Unless specified otherwise in a promotion's individual terms, bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any related winnings may be withdrawn.
• bMaximum Bet: When using bonus funds, the maximum permissible bet per round or per market is MYR 250, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Placing bets in excess of this limit using bonus funds may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• cGame Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%; and certain game types may contribute 0%. The exact contribution rates for each game are available in the promotion's specific terms.
• dBonus Expiry: Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not completed within the expiry window specified in the promotion's terms will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being automatically forfeited. Standard expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit.
• eSticky Bonuses: Certain bonuses are designated as "sticky", meaning the bonus principal itself cannot be withdrawn — only net winnings generated after meeting wagering requirements may be cashed out.
• fMaximum Cashout: Some bonus promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings, expressed as a fixed MYR amount or a multiple of the original bonus. Any winnings in excess of this cap will be forfeited upon withdrawal.
• gEach Player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts or payment methods will be treated as a violation of these T&C.
• hu2w2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already validly claimed a bonus will not be retrospectively disadvantaged.

All games made available on the u2w2 Platform are supplied by certified third-party game studios and operate using independently audited random number generators (RNG). The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is determined by its respective game provider and is publicly available where required by the applicable gaming licence.

• aIn the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or incomplete game round, the Platform will use server-side records to determine the state of the game and settle any affected wager accordingly. The outcome recorded on u2w2's servers shall be considered final.
• bPlayers accept that the game rules governing each product — slots, live dealer tables, sports markets, instant games — are set by the respective game provider and may not be unilaterally varied. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface.
• cu2w2 and its game providers reserve the right to declare a bet void in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred, including but not limited to incorrectly stated odds, system errors, or data feed failures.
• dFor sports betting markets, in-play bets are accepted at the prevailing odds at the time of bet placement. u2w2 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the u2w2 Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, legal action:

• aOpening more than one account, or opening an account using false, stolen, or third-party personal information.
• bUsing software, bots, scripts, automated systems, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with genuine individual human play.
• cCollusion with other Players to influence game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• dExploiting errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities on the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• eMoney laundering, or using the Platform as a conduit for transferring funds of unlawful origin. u2w2 is required to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.
• fEngaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent, and systematic exploitation of low-wagering promotions.
• gFacilitating access to the Platform for any individual who has been self-excluded or whose account has been suspended.

u2w2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a violation of these Terms and Conditions has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to the prohibited conduct described in Clause 9.

In the event of account closure, the outstanding real-money balance (after deduction of any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will generally be returned to the Player via the most recent payment method on file, subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable regulatory requirements. Processing timelines for closure-related refunds may exceed standard withdrawal timeframes.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

u2w2 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of player-protection tools that are available to all registered users at no cost. These tools are accessible directly through your account settings and include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options.

• aDeposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory seven (7) day cooling-off period.
• bSession Limits: Players may set alerts or hard limits on total session duration. When a session limit is reached, the active session will be terminated automatically.
• cSelf-Exclusion: A Player may at any time request self-exclusion from the Platform for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours). Once a self-exclusion is in effect, it cannot be lifted before the chosen period expires. All marketing communications will be suppressed for the duration of a self-exclusion.
• du2w2 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all gambling activity. Any account found to be operated by an individual under this age will be immediately closed and relevant deposits returned.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, u2w2, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While u2w2 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions.

u2w2's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data submitted by Players is governed by u2w2's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

u2w2 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, and payment information solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improvement of Platform services. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

u2w2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, u2w2 will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to registered Players. Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or additions of new clauses that do not materially alter existing Players' rights — may take effect immediately upon publication.

The date on which these Terms and Conditions were last revised is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which u2w2's operating licence is issued. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to first seek resolution through u2w2's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team in writing.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) calendar days of formal written notification, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or independent dispute resolution body, as applicable under the terms of u2w2's operating licence.
